The service uses infrastructure provided by Pine Hosting, with servers located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. LionServer Rust is not affiliated with Pine Hosting, Facepunch Studios, Valve Corporation, or any game developers.
The service is offered “as is” and “as available” with no guarantees.
No Warranty
We provide no warranties of any kind. This includes no guarantees that the service will work without interruptions, meet your expectations, or be free from errors, lag, crashes, or security issues.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, LionServer Rust, its volunteer administrators, and all involved parties are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. This includes any loss of game progress, player data, time.
By connecting to or using any LionServer Rust game server, you voluntarily assume all risks. You agree that the volunteers and the service bear no responsibility for any issues you may experience while playing.
Compliance with Third-Party Rules
You must follow all applicable rules, including:
the Rust End User License Agreement (EULA) from Facepunch Studios, and
the Steam Subscriber Agreement from Valve Corporation.
Any violation may result in immediate removal from the servers without notice.
Prohibited Activities
Illegal, abusive, or harmful behavior is not allowed and may lead to immediate ban or termination of access.
Governing Law
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
